Olivia lives and breathes design, a self confessed interior design and renovations addict! With nearly 20 years in the industry she truly has the experience behind her to know how best to help all of her clients, regardless of the scope, achieve their dream home.
Her obsession with property and design started at a young age when her family built and sold houses time and time again. She was taught the fundamentals of architecture, construction, layout, design, flow, proportions and the best use of space. Coupled with her love of textiles, fashion and interior design, she started to create and make work. It was a combination of the two obsessions put together that lead her to where she is today.

Olivia has a wide variety of experience in design and project management which has culminated into a thriving business where she gets to do the job of her dreams every day. With a degree in communications/production management then following onto Design in London, before working for various designers throughout the UK for many years, she then moved to Dubai where she spent 3 years as a designer in a busy Interior Design consultancy, enabling her to work on some of the largest luxury hotels and private residences in the world. The experience gained there was invaluable. However, the Australian shores were calling, Melbourne is home and upon landing back here for good in 2018 she started her own business and hasn't stopped designing, renovating/building and styling since!
Helping clients achieve dream spaces for their homes is what she loves doing the most. Olivia enjoys working on renovation projects that span across the months, or shorter design consultancy projects and prides herself in being able to offer a truly flexible approach with her service, as no two projects are the same. In addition to helping clients with their forever homes, she absolutely loves the fast-passed property industry and has developed the OJD property styling brand into one of Melbourne's most successful styling/staging companies. The OJD team's attention to detail and Olivia's property industry knowledge coupled with her personable nature has meant that her service is constantly in high demand.
Olivia's happy places are building sites, fabric/interiors stores, reclaimed timber yards, ceramic studios, second hand furniture shops and the countryside! When not knee deep in concrete doing renovations to her own home, sewing with various fabrics and cutting lengths of timber to make some fabulous new piece, she is spending valuable time with her family. Weekends are full with theatre shows, farmers markets, cooking, hiking, gardening, crafting and living life to the fullest!
