We had the pleasure of assisting the wonderful vendor of this home to bring this incredible property all the finishing touches that it required to go to market. The vendors spent decades personally designing and building this home and it deserved all of our love and attention.

With the traditional victorian facade and the large proportions of the front bedrooms we wanted to really show these off, we kept the bedrooms fresh and modern, we always use french linen duvet covers and designer soft furnishings to match. Walking through to the more modern renovation/extension, it was really important that we respected its mid-century vibe with clean lines and pops of colour, we really wanted to lean into its aesthetic and show the home off for all it's designer elements.

Come auction day it was reflected in the result that the home was impeccably presented, another very happy satisfied vendor.
