We were brought on to breathe new life into this sensational warehouse space in Kensington.

One family had lived here for many years and lovingly enjoyed their inner-urban family home, what was originally an old wheelie bin warehouse. This unique property had retained many of its industrial quirks, and its fabulous proportions. Our brief was to keep all the features but make it appealing to the discerning buyer who desires all the contemporary modern luxury trappings that you would come to expect in a home like this. We needed to do a full makeover, new ceilings, floors, walls, painting, bathrooms and electrics throughout, it was a considerable renovation project but the outcome was incredible.
