We were honoured to help a wonderful family who had lived in this gorgeous weatherboard Edwardian property for many decades.

Backing onto the riverside park in Moonee Ponds its ideal family friendly location and huge proportioned rooms meant that it really needed us to make it look spectacular and show off it's biggest assets.

More often than not, we work with a building team who take advice from us for all the necessary upgrades that are required along with recommendations for fresh modern colours schemes. When vendors have decided to sell, a lot of the time they know they need to make improvements to maximise their sale in a very competitive market but are understandably conscious of not over capitalising and ensuring that any money they spend goes into the right areas that will make a real difference to their profit margin. This family home had been well used and so loved. We helped the vendors bring it back to it's former glory by upgrading, repainting and refreshing  throughout the home which enabled them to achieve yet another amazing result on auction day!
